The Commissioning Training Institute

The Commissioning Training Institute will provide educational classes, skills seminars, workshops and web-based programmes to advance the arts and methods associated with commissioning.

Programmes are being designed based on a detailed needs assessment.

Topic areas include:

• Assessment and planning
• Data management and analysis
• Contracting & procurement
• Performance management, settlement and review
• Patient, public and staff engagement and communication
• And other topics of identified interest such as practice based commissioning, integrated delivery organisations, etc.
